MockPro Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MockPro mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). MockPro is operated by Tyler Misyak as an individual developer ("we," "our," "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use MockPro

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will terminate the account and delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your username and display name must not impersonate another person, contain offensive language, or infringe anyone's rights.
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account).

3. Your Content

MockPro lets you create and share content: mock drafts, big boards, scouting reports, feed posts, captions, and comments ("User Content").

You own your User Content. By posting it publicly on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service so other users can see and interact with it. This license ends when you delete the content or your account (except for brief persistence in backups, as described in the Privacy Policy).
You are solely responsible for your User Content. Post only what you have the right to post.

4. Community Rules — Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You may not post or share content that:

Harasses, threatens, bullies, or intimidates any person
Is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence against any person or group
Is sexually explicit, obscene, or exploitative
Is defamatory, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading
Violates any law or infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
Is spam, scams, or unauthorized advertising
Impersonates any person or entity

You also may not:

Abuse, harass, or target other users, including through comments, reports, or repeated unwanted contact
Attempt to interfere with the Service's operation, circumvent security measures, scrape data, or access the Service through automated means
Manipulate leaderboards, scores, or other competitive features

Enforcement: Content that violates these rules will be removed, and accounts that post it — or that abuse other users — will be suspended or permanently banned, without prior notice where warranted. We review reports of objectionable content promptly, generally within 24 hours, and act on legitimate reports by removing the content and/or ejecting the offending user.

5. Reporting and Blocking

The Service provides in-app tools to keep the community safe:

Report — every post, comment, and profile has a report option. Reports are reviewed by us as described above.
Block — you can block any user from their profile. Blocked users cannot see your content or interact with you. You can manage blocked users in Settings → Blocked Users.

6. Acceptable Use of Draft Content

Mock drafts, big boards, scouting reports, community consensus data, and scores generated within the Service are provided for entertainment purposes. Prospect information may be incomplete or inaccurate; we make no guarantees about its correctness.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its design, code, branding, and non-user content — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. MockPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League (NFL) or any of its teams.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse other users, or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content license during backup retention, disclaimers, liability limits) survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that content will be accurate or preserved.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be flagged in the app. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
